Self-defense is built into our normal Adult / Ninja kids classes, but these classes are ongoing due to them being a Martial Art.

If you have the time this is the best choice as repetition and experience built up over years of training a few times a week cannot be compared to a basic self-defense course!

However, we can provide a condensed Self-Defense 8-week course that quickly introduces this subject both theoretically and practically to students with the aim of trying  too provide the more common scenarios that they may encounter.

  • Groundwork
  • Weapons (Knife, Bats, Sticks etc)
